TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>


1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions (the \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer
when goods are sold through the online shop operated by the seller.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and the legislation of the European Union.

2. DEFINITIONS

Buyer:
a) consumer (B2C) \u2013 a natural person acting outside their business activities,
b) business customer (B2B) \u2013 a natural or legal person acting in the course of business.

Goods \u2013 physical consumer and lifestyle goods.

3. NATURE OF THE GOODS AND DECLARATIONS

The goods sold are not medicines, medical devices or pharmaceutical products.
The goods are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent disease, or to affect health.
The goods are of a hygienic and single-use nature.

The buyer acknowledges that all information on the website is provided for information purposes only.

4. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms.
The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are stated in EUR.
Payment can be made by payment card, through a payment gateway or by cash on delivery.
The seller is not liable for delays caused by payment institutions.

6. DELIVERY TERMS

The goods are delivered by contracted courier companies.
The delivery period is indicative.
The risk of damage passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT \u2013 B2C

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days unless the law provides otherwise.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods of a hygienic or single-use nature,
if the protective packaging has been breached.

The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.

8. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT \u2013 B2B

A business customer has no right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason,
unless the contracting parties agree otherwise.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper or unprofessional use of the goods.
The seller is not responsible for the buyer\u2019s subjective expectations.
The seller\u2019s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The seller is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by force majeure.

11. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The consumer has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
